I wanted to know if it would be a problem coming back, because I have a felony record (DUI). My parole officer approve me to go for three weeks and he knows that I only have my passport and residents card...

Although a DUI conviction is not to be considered an aggravated felony for U.S. immigration purposes(exclusion or removal), the "ICE" folks who may inspect your papers on your return to the United States may not be fully aware of this Florida case and its practical ramifications which was decided by the U.S. Supreme Court a couple of years ago, and you could consequently have some problems.
