Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
want to be legal
I came here legally from germany in 1996 as the wife of a former us soldier.The marriage didn't work out and i left just before our 10th wedding anniversary.Our breakup was ugly and i had to get a order of protection. My ex didn't like that and kept some important paperwork from me and my greencard got denied.My youngest child is living with me and now my ex is talking about sending the two oldest ones to me.Ihave to be legal to raise my kids right .Please help me .The paperwork was done in N.Y I live in Virginia.I work and i always paid taxes.
