my girlfriend came from mexico on a visitor visa that expired a few years ago.im in the military and i want to know how can i get married to her.

As long as your girl friend entered this country legally and you're a U.S. citizen, you can marry her and then sponsor her petition for lawful permanent residency status(green card).

You may get married to her and file for her permanent residence through adjustment of status.

You may marry and then apply for adjustment of status for her by filing a petition for an alien relative.
