Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
marriage to immigrant
hello, I am an american citizen who has felony convictions. I was wondering if these convictions would make it difficult to marry a non-us citizen? would my convictions have any affect?
thank you.

Re: marriage to immigrant
No, your felony convictions would not in any way interefere with your ability to marry anyone, including a non-citizen, as long as you yourself are a bonafide citizen of the United States.
