Want to marry a Filipino in USA on J-1

Me and my fiancee wants to get married, but not yet. She had originally came into USA on a H1-B in Feb 2004 and that ran out in Feb 2007. She got a J-1 in Jan 2007 for an internship which runs out in Jun of 2007.

We are looking for options to keep her in the country. She is currently looking for work that will sponsor a greencard.

Are there any visas that we can get for her so that we can get married at the end of the year? Do we need to get married in June? What do we have to do to get her Greencard once getting married?

Thanks for your help.

Assuming that you are either a lawful permanent resident (LPR) or a citizen of the U.S., you could marry your intended in the merry month of June, 2007, and then sponsor your new bride for her green card by filing the I-130 petition in her behalf and I-485 to adjust her status.

I'm afraid the other options which you've mentioned are simply not realistic given the constrained time frames which your fiance now faces.
