marrying for citzenship
I have a friend who wants to get married so he will be a citizen, however i have a son and i have a joint visitation order with the father i want to make sure nothing happens with that. would it be ok to get married

The fact that you've remarried should in no way disturb a previous visitation order unless it could be demonstrated that somehow your new spouse presented a credible threat to
your son.(Hopefully, however, your intended spouse wants to marry you for reasons other than merely acquiring U.S. citizenship.)
