Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

N 400 Naturalization and Reckless driving

I was recently charged with reckless driving and had to pay $400, booked & released (formality), assigned to attend 10 weeks of Alcohol class (even though I wasnt charged with DUI), no license suspension but 6 mos of ''unsupervised'' probation.

I am eligible for naturalization now, will all this stuff affect my chances in any way?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Re: N 400 Naturalization and Reckless driving

You would likely be well advised to hold off with your naturalization petition until you are finished with your period of unsupervised probation, and thereafter your "run in" with the Commonwealth's reckless driving laws should prove no problem at all with your becoming a U.S. citizen.
