Nutralization
I'm a greencard holder I get my Greencard through my Husband when he get his Citizen but know my husband passed away and he was Active duty. In INS i see they have this new law of posthumous Benefits in this law does it apply to me? or I have to wait for three year or 5 yrs which it's apply to me know can you help me.

I am not familiar with the posthumous benefits law which you've referenced but I see no reason why you could not now submit your application or petition for U.S. citizenship.
