Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

How can I obtain a work permit?
I came from Turkey on 17 January 2000 I had my sister here in Springfield, VA and we applied for form I-130 in Turkey on last August they approved me and about 3 days ago when I called NVC they told me that as a brother of US citizen I have to wait around 10 years to become a current to obtain my card so I started to search my chances in USA for at least to obtain work permit and went to INS they gave me some forms like I-129 if I can find a employer to hire me what are my chances please inform me we don`t know anybody around here thank you..
