Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

I need your opinion on an issue that has been troubling me for quite some time. In Aug 2010, my wife got her Green Card under EB-1(EA) for research in neuroscience. She was working as Research Associate in a University at the the time she got her GC. She continued to work in the same position till June 2011. Thereafter, she joined as a part-time (Adjunct Professor) faculty/teacher for Human Anatomy and Physiology at another University.

My questions are:

1. Will her shifting from research (in neuroscience) to teaching (human anatomy and physiology) have an adverse effect on her citizenship?

2. Will the fact that her new position is part-time have an adverse effect on her citizenship?

Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hello:

An EB-1 is supposed to work in the area granted. Thus, I would need more specificity if her new position is related. Working part-time has no effect on citizenship.
