Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
question on wage report in W2 for 2007
hi
i got my h1 last year, through my current employer based in fremont,CA ....
in LCA it says around 55000$ for this county..
The offer letter from my employer, says $80000
but i got paid $70000 only, for the year 2007 on my W2...
will this cause any issue during h1b stamping or as long as my wage is above the minimum wage, its Ok?
please clarify

Should be no problem at all(in my opinion).
