Reentry back into the U.S.

My little brother got convected 2 times once when he was 16 for attempted robberey and again when he was 19 for mark money. His first convection, he did 6 months in prison. Second time the sent him to a school for 4 months. After the graduation, he got deported back to Jamaica at the age at 20, in 2001. Can he come back to the U.S. My self and my mother are both U.S. citizen.

This is a complicated question to answer, since it involves issues relating to inadmissibility. You should definitely consult with an immigration lawyer, and make sure to provide all copies of certificates of disposition for the convictions. Depending on what he was convicted of, there may or may not be a bar to his reentry.

Also, if he was previously ordered deported, it will be extremely difficult return, but not impossible, depending on what the conviction record indicates. There are numerous things you have to look at in determining whether he can come back legally.
