Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

Revoking a siblings green card

My sibling received his green card through my sponsorship. He's in USA but is a financial burden on me. Is there any way I can get his green card status revoked sinceI am the sponsor who can lo longer support him.

Re: Revoking a siblings green card

The answer to your question can very likely be found in the affidavit of support which you signed in order to sponsor your sibling for the green card, i.e., your sponsorship as indicated in this affidavit will continue until your sibling becomes a

U.S. citizen or earns 40 qualifying quarters of SS work credits(roughly 10 years worth of work), ceases to be a lawful permanent resident(LPR) and departs the U.S., or dies. There are, apparently, no other ways to have one's sponsorship of a green card immigrant terminated.
