Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
I am the son of a Diplomat and i'm in the Us on an A1 visa. I'm 21 years and still am studying, so I would like to know if I may change my status to become a resident or at least to know if I can have a social security number (SSN) . Can I work with a diplomatic visa? Am I eligible for a work permit?
Hoping That I will here from you soon.
