Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
Speeding and Immigration
I was cited to court for speeding, but the judge dropped the charges after I agreed to take an improvement course. Does it still need to be metnioned in the N-400?

Yes. You must include a copy of the court minutes to show that the case was dismissed.
