Sponsoring a fiance from Canada
Hello,
I am due for US Greencard and will be moving to the US. My issue is that I would like to bring my fiance to the US and marry. What is the procedure to bring my fiance over to the US with me.

Re: Sponsoring a fiance from Canada
As a mere greencard holder, your sponsorship of your fiance's application for lawful permanent residency will receive no special priority and could take several years or more for him to get the necessary visa.
Better wait until you become a U.S. citizen and then
you should be able to bring him into the country on a K-1 fiance visa with virtually no(or merely minimal) wait time.
