Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
I am about to submit my N-400 but i am confused about two things. If my spouse has been married twice before but i am given only a single section to file his previous marriage, what should i do? Secondly, do i have to send a complete photocopy of my passport to USCIS? Finally, If am filling not on the ground of being married to a US citizen, then does the USCIS still need my IRS transcripts?
Thanks in advance.

You can submit an additional sheet of paper and include all of the information that they are asking for in the section about your spouse's previous spouse. No you do not have to send a complete copy of your passport to USCIS. No you are not required to send your IRS transcripts to USCIS with the Form N-400.
