Can I sue my attorney
My Attorney made lot of mistakes filing my case and didn't file the case ontime, now I am in trouble of leaving the Country. Can I sue the attorney???

The better course would be to first file a complaint with the state bar and let them investigate. If they find evidence to support your complaint, such could then be used in your malpractice suit against the lawyer.
