Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
switching employer after filing i-485 ,ead approved
hi
i recently filed for my i485 and got my ead approved...under eb2 category..
is it advisable to change employer at this time, since i got a very good offer.
my current employer, who filed my i-485, is in full support for me and am in good terms with them...and they are ready to help me out, if i had any issues with my i-485,even after i leave and take the new offer.
so,with this assurance, is it still advisable for me to take up the new offer, with my ead...
please suggest

Why wouldn't it be, as long as you give whatever notice of the change that is required to the appropriate USCIS district office?
