Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
visitor visa to US from Vietnam
I'm inviting my mother in law to visit us here in the US, what kind of form do I fill out from here and Do I need any form approval from here to send back to Vietnam? What kind of financial support document I need to have? Beside the inviting letter?

I believe the form for an Affidavit of Support is I-751. Your mother-in-law in Vietnam should be able to find out exactly what's required of her by contacting(either personally or in writing) the local American embassy or consulate in Vietnam and making the appropriate inquiry.
