Yes, the fact of your overstay could result in some delay and further scrutiny
in your application for AOS, but if you entered the country with a valid visa and proper inspection, ultimately it should be approved (assuming there are no problems with USCIS' assessing the legitimacy of your marriage and your original purpose for coming here ostensibly as a visitor).
That depends on how long you overstayed. For a free consultation, please contact my office at 904-371-3538 or email me at [email protected].
You should be able to apply for an adjustment of status as long as you can prove legal entry and meet the rest of the legal requirements.
Please see here for information on the adjustment of status process as well as the services I provide:

Hi,
You will be able to adjust status in the U.S. based on valid marriage to a U.S. citizen. Indeed, if you depart the U.S. for any reason until you obtain resident status, you may be barred from coming back to the U.S. We have additional information here: www.h1b1.com/Uscitizen.htm
You can call our law firm at 212-268-3580 during business hours, or email [email protected] if you have questions or comments.
If you entered with inspection and a valid visa, you should be able to adjust status though your case could be scrutinized. You can call my offices for a free consultation at 408-245-2416 or [email protected]
