Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
Working with F-1
According to the law set for International students with F-1 status, i was able to work on campus for 20 hrs.
Referring from one of the replys regarding an authorization to work, i have learned that i can work full time during vacation/summer. My question is if the authorization to work ,during summer, is also restricted only for ''on campus'' employment.

Re: Working with F-1
Yes, as one with F-1 visa status you can work full time during the summer break but only on campus but without any special authorization. However, in order to undertake any work off campus, you must have the specific approval of your local ISA office.
