Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
Under age driving
I have a daughter 15, no driver's license, she and her girlfriend took her girlfriends mothers car out for a ride and had an accident, who is responsible for the car and does anyones insurance cover something like this?

The driver of the car who caused the accident is the one responsible for the damage and, perhaps, the insurance carrier(if a claim is submitted)which issued the policy under which this particular car may be covered for the type of situation which you've described.
