Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia

Agreed value insurance

Dear Colleagues,I am a German lawyer conducting extensive litigation for a client in Germany involving some US insurance policies. I am looking for an American colleague who could help me with a problem. If you sent an e-mail, I�ll sent you the describtion of the case.

It would also be helpful if colleagues could point me to internet reports of some relevant US case law (civil as well as criminal law).

I am a U.S. (Virginia, D.C., and Maryland) lawyer. I have handled a number of agreed value insurance cases, including both commercial and maritime policies, including cases with international aspects. I would be pleased to help (provided there is no conflict). I can certainly point you to internet reports of U.S. law once I have an idea of the issues.
