Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
bought vehicle{cash private owner} got bill of sale and then insured it fully then it was stolen ... reported then recovered 3 weeks later insurance adjusted the damage as a total loss but they wont pay me because i never titeled the vehicle yet

Well, no surprise there. So, get the vehicle titled in your name with a note as to when you purchased it and thereby received what's known in the law as "equitable title".
