How to cancel the insurance on a car I don't have in my posession
My wife left me and took the car which is in both names. I don't want to pay her insurance but can't drop it until I turn in the tags which she will not let me have and she has the title so I can't get my name off. What can I do?

Keep track of your payments for her share of the inurance, and at some point in the divorce process you should be reimbursed for these payments.
