Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
Car accident No drivers license, I was rear ended.
I'm trying to figure out the best course
of action. Three days ago I was rear
ended, suffering minimal damage. The
car is not insured in my name and I am
a co-owner. It's insured by Geico under
my mothers policy. I was driving with
out a license which is expired, not
revoked or suspended. Today I got a
call from the Insurance company of the
car/driver that hit me. What is the
safest way for me to protect my mother
and my self.
