i was test driving a car at a dealership and backed into another dealership car. the manager said that i have to pay him to get it fixed because i dont have any car insurance and hes not liable. I want to know should i pay him what hes asking for or its the responsibility on him to have auto insurance.

Re: car accident
You should pay to the dealer the fair cost of repairing the damages caused by your negligent actions. He is not required to utilize his insurance coverage(and incur increased premiums) in order to make good these losses for which you're legally responsible.
