Car damage
My car was damaged while being repaired by the owner of the shop and the work done to the car was horrible.

Then you should send the owner of this repair shop a letter demanding reasonable compensation for these alleged damages. And, if no compensation nor other adequate settlement is forthcoming, you could then file suit for your losses in small claims court.
