Car Insurance - Accident
A car runs a stop sign and t-bones a truck. The person driving the truck at the time was not the registered owner of the truck.
Who does the car owners insurance have to settle with?
The driver of the truck or the trucks owner?

Perhaps, both, if the driver of the truck was injured and the truck was damaged as a result of the accident.
