Right to check your credit because of a claim against your homeowner policy
Can an insurance company force you to let them check your credit & all financial issues because you have a claim that someone broke into our home and stole things.

No, the insurance carrier cannot force you to do anything, including allowing
them to check your credit and other records, unless, of course, you want insurance coverage from them.
