Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
Is it e-legal for an employer to charge me car insurance on a company car that is used only for company use.I don't use it for personal use .it is use only when working.this is in the state of va.Hampton roads area.

E-legal? Perhaps, you mean illegal, and, if so, I would say, no, unless
you are working pursuant to an enforceable contract of employment which
would prohibit such practice.
I assume that you've already protested this issue with HR, your
manager/supervisor or whomever.
