Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
If your employer changes the health insurance coverage and goes with a new insurer do you have the option of staying with the current coverage and paying the premium yourself. I ask because my daughter in law in 6.5 months pregnant and the new company her employer is going with advised that the delivery will not be covered until the 10,000 deductible is met. RIDICULOUS>
