Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
Latter of Guardianship
Iwant to get appointed Guardian or conservator. The court they told me Attorney are the one who do that.My question is how I can get this done since the Insurance they want to get this latter to able to give to me my son benefit since he is minor.

I haven't the faintest idea as to why you would need to be appointed a guardian or conservator for your son since as his parent you should already have all the legal authority you need
for whatever insurance benefit objective which you're trying to accomplish. (Your son should be able to be listed as a beneficiary on an insurance policy without you're being appointed as his guardian or conservator.)
