Health insurance wont pay after workmen comp turned down
I had emergencey surgery and thaught it was work related.Workmens compensation turn the claim down. my healrh insurance will not pay medical bills saying the doctors,etc. did not fill a claim in time. the doctor never filled a claim until i filled it for him but still turned down by health insurance. Know doctor is sueing me for the money. What can i do to not pay this bill or bills andor fight it in court.

Pay the doctor who provided you a necessary service, and then, with policy in hand, consult
with a lawyer to see whether you might recover
at least some of what you paid the doctor from your health insurance carrier.
