Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
I was hit by a truck in Janurary 2009.. We didnt file cause he was suppose to pay it but he didnt.. I need to know can i still put up a claim or has too much time passed?
I lost my job because of this and what is the best way to handle it.

If the accident happened in Va., you have 2 years from the date of the accident to file for injury claims
