Get laid of under l1a visa status

We will have to let one of our employee who has L1A visa go. We need to know if we have to notify INS in order to end L1 visa status .If we do not inform INS May there be any penalties oe responsibilities for the company.

You would be well advised to check with the local office which services your area of the newly

organized (since Mar. 2003) Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement under the Department of Homeland Security.
