Liable
if wind causes a branch to fall and damage occurs at a campground to my travel trailer, is the owner liable?

If the branch fall was considered an act of God, meaning that it was not reasonably foreseeable, then, no, in all likelihood the owner of the campground would not be liable for the resultant damages to your travel trailer(in my opinion).
