Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
more than one life policy
A family member recently passed and my husband is the beneficiary to more than one life insurance policy. We are filling out the claim form to one when I seen the question asking was there another policy. Why is the claim form asking this? Will it not pay because there is another policy?

Re: more than one life policy
Answer all questions truthfully. Each insurance policy must pay according to its particular terms of coverage. Nothing more, nothing less.
