Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
lost luggage claim against homeowner's insurance
Is there a law restricting the time frame that an insurance has to settle a lost luggage claim? It has been four months since I filed a claim, but there is still no settlement from the insurance company. How do I measure if they break the law by delaberately delaying the payment?
