Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
Mutual to a Public company
I paid part of my medical insurance premium to my employee who submitted full payment to insurer. Insurer went public and issues shares to my employer. Am I entitled to any shares. My 401K through my employee did the same thing. Thanks
