Parked Car Door Dings
Is anyone actually responsible if the door from one car causes a ding in the door of a car in an adjacent parking space? Location is a private parking lot of a commercial building.

Yes, if it can be proven by a preponderance of the evidence as to who may actually have caused these "dings".
