I was in a car acident i hit my head it was a little lump in it had a little pian in face and head for 3 weeks should i settel or get a lawery i still have headache

Better first have it all checked out my a qualified doctor to make sure you haven't suffered a subdural hematoma or other latent brain injury which is causing your headaches.
