Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
co signer on auto loan
I know that I am financial responsible if I co sign a loan, BUT what about the insuring of this vehicle. If I do not drive it at all and it is being kept in another state do I need to be on the insurance policy and am I legally responsible if the vehicle that I co sign for is involved in an accident with severe injuries or death.

If you are not on the title, you need no insurance.
