Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
My sister sold me her husbands car. It's not in her name. Is this legal?

Not in Virginia. The owner is the person who has title. This shouldnt be a problem if the husband is okay with the deal, just have him sign over the title--if he is against it, you should return the car and ask for the money back from your sister.
