Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
SR22 Insurance
My license was suspended for not having insurance. Do I have to carry sr22 insurance for 3 years from date of suspension or 3 years total? I live in Florida now.

Re: SR22 Insurance
If you're now a resident of Florida, you're operating under Florida law and DMV rules. You should check with the DMV folks there to determine whether you must continue with your high risk SR-22 insurance carrier or whether you can apply now for a lower cost one.
