Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
stacking of insurance?
i have a policy of 25,000 my mother has a policy of 100,000 it was a hit and run so i am claiming under um policies.is my mothers policy to pay 100,000 or just the difference,being 75,000 because my policy already paid 25,000.
