Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
The toilet in the condominium I own leaked water from the supply line (Internal to the unit), damaging the ceiling of my downstairs neighbor. Condo association says they have no liability, my insurance says I have none. Who pays/covers the repair expense for this woman's ceiling?

elements as defined in the condo bylaws or not? The answer should determine
who is responsible for paying.
