Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
traffic accident
i hit a car at fault on the local main street. The car I hit had 4'' x 4'' scracthes and a dent on this 2003 mustang front door. The car I drove was my friend car and I was helping her find a parking lot when she was away for a depositing issue in her bank for 10 mins. I want to know if my friend has any responsibility for the things after this (compensation, insurance hiking)? And how do I pay for my friend car?

Re: traffic accident
You "hit a car at fault", which is suppose to mean what? If you mean to say that you were the driver at fault who caused the damage to both your friend's vehicle and the Ford Mustang, you're then responsible for fixing them both (either through your insurance carrier or by your direct payment to the owners of these vehicles for the damage which you caused).
