Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
IF A TREE ON MY NEIGHBOR PROPERTY, THAT IS IN DANGER OF FALLING, DOES FALL AND DAMAGES MY PROPERTY , WILL HIS OR HER INSURANCE PAY FOR MY DAMAGE AND REMOVERAL OF THE TREE THAT IS ON MY PROPERTY.

If this tree falls and the fall was foreseeable, then the neighbor will likely be responsible for any damages which it causes to your property. However, the question of whether this neighbor's insurance policy would cover these damages would appear to be essentially unknowable before the event itself occurs (or for that matter whether the neighbor even has insurance).
